Vivian Christianson, 84, Mandan, died April 21, 2015 at Elm Crest Manor, New Salem.
A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Sims Lutheran Church, Almont. Burial will be at Sims Cemetery.
Vivian was born November 4, 1930 west of Almont in Curlew, ND to Ed and Pauline (Olson) Christianson. She loved spending time with family and friends who were very important to her. She enjoyed time spent working on the family farm where she lived until 1965 when she moved to Mandan with her sister, Ida. Vivian later worked for Bob Chase Chevrolet in Mandan.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Audrey Christianson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Vivian was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Ida Christianson, Leda Ewald, and Carrie Gray; brothers, Clarence, Morris, and Emold “Chris”; and nephew, Gerome Ewald.
