Lee St. Croix, 69, New Salem, died at Elm Crest Manor in New Salem on November 30, 2014.

A private celebration of life will be held.

Norman “Lee” was born January 31, 1945 in Kenmare, ND to Norman and Mae Lillian (Petersen) St. Croix. He attended school in Kenmare and Minot, graduating from Minot High School. Lee served in the US Army. Later he worked in the business office at St. Joseph Hospital in Minot for a short time. Moving to Seattle, WA in the mid 60’s, Lee worked at Jorgensen Steel until returning to ND where he went to work at Rolin Manufacturing in New Salem for several years. Lee entered Elm Crest Manor in 2010. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed cross-stitching, reading his bible, and had a true love for his Lord.

Blessed to have shared his life are three sisters, Ardell Berg of Donnybrook, Ramona Brandt of Beulah, and Marge Rogers of New Salem; and many nieces and nephews.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lloyd; and sisters, Laura Lindblad and Dorothy Nelson.
