Gladys Reynolds

July 12, 1929 — April 24, 2021

Gladys Reynolds, 91, Mandan, passed away April 24, 2021 at Miller Pointe in Mandan.

A private memorial service will be held at Buehler-Larson Funeral Home, Mandan, with Rev. Bruce Adams officiating.  Cremation has taken place and burial will be at Mandan Union Cemetery.

Gladys was born July 12, 1929 in Selby, SD, the oldest of three children to Edward and Emma (Maier) Bossert.  Following her high school graduation, she worked at Bell Telephone as an operator and later worked in the food service industry.  Gladys enjoyed working at the Gourmet House and Medcenter One (Sanford).  Following her retirement, Gladys spent many hours volunteering at AID Inc, Easter Seals, and the Mandan Care Center.  She loved playing all kinds of cards and enjoyed taking walks to keep in shape.

Blessed to have shared in her life are her three children, Paul (Laurel) Reynolds, Keystone, SD, Cherie (Tom) Ferderer, Mandan, and Darren Reynolds, Mandan; eight grandchildren, Adam Reynolds, Aaron (Susannah) Reynolds, Ashley (Scott) James, Christine Ferderer, Angela Heil (Charlie Diggins), Ariel Ferderer, Josh (Miranda) Reynolds, and Derick Reynolds; six great grandchildren, Emmett James, Romee Ferderer, Tuker Heil, Jax Berger, Mason and Marleigh Reynolds; one brother, Curtis (Sharon) Bossert, SD; and five nieces & Nephews, Craig (Ashley) Bossert, Nathan (Sadie) Bossert, Heather (Jake) Wiskerchen, John (Laurie) Stiegelmeier, and Jerry Stiegelmeier.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Phyllis and her husband Milton Stiegelmeier; nephew, Jim Stiegelmeier; and great granddaughter, Molly James.
