Elayne Stark, 97, Center, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2018.
Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
Inez Elayne was born September 18, 1920, in her father’s log homestead “shack” east of Fort Clark, to Jacob and Marjorie (White) Anstadt. In August 1943 she married Willard Starck. Born to this union were four children, Emiline Dickhaut, Jennifer Olander, Verlyn Starck, and Grealing Stark. Elayne has ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
